According to Charles Hall, Tall Whites can control humans with hypnosis. They can talk directly to human minds, and manipulate memory and emotions. They use this ability to hide their existence and purpose, and influence government and military officials and VIPs.
Tall Whites can also control human bodies with a pencil-like device. This device emits electrical signals that act on the nervous system, giving sensations such as pain or pleasure, or controlling the movement of muscles or organs. Charles Hall said that he was attacked or tortured by this device many times.
Aliens from Arcturus
Charles Hall does not know exactly where Tall Whites came from, but he suggests that they are related to the Arcturus star system. Arcturus is a red giant star in the constellation Bootes, about 36.8 light-years away from the solar system. Charles Hall said that he heard the word “Arcturus” when Tall Whites talked about their homeland. He also speculated that Tall Whites came from a planet near Arcturus.
